The scope includes upgrades to technical systems, finishes, and overall living comfort, with particular emphasis on improving thermal and acoustic performance through window replacement and enhanced insulation. The intervention follows Núcleo Assets’ core principles: strict cost control, closely supervised execution, and a clear focus on delivering a high-quality final product.
