The process began with municipal approval, a prerequisite for any structural intervention on the space.
This is followed by the construction phase: opening up wall sections, façade renovation, and installation of electrical and water systems, along with a kitchen and bathroom.
The intervention is currently ongoing, carried out with technical rigour and supervised execution, in line with Núcleo Assets’ usual standards.
